MWD Xala served in the RAAF. She started her career through the breeding program, where she developed and was teamed in 2019 were she posted to Amberly. In 2020 she was reteamed and posted to Darwin were she completed multiple exercises including pitch black 2022, Dimond storm, arnham thunder, rouge ambush and TS.
In 2023 she was posted to Richmond with her handler. After a short post, she retired due to spine and hip injuries.
